We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • No restocking fees apply

Returns requested after the 30-day window cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within a reasonable time at info@lunalucasjewels.us with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refund processing typically takes up to 10 business days
  • You will receive an email confirming the refund once it has been completed

Please note that original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within the 30-day return period.
To exchange an item:

  • Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the preferred item

All exchange items must be returned in new, unused condition.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it once it arrives.
